Stable Pilates offers one-to-one or two-to-one Pilates classes in the quiet surroundings of our 19th century stable building in St John's, Deptford.

What is Body Control Pilates?
 

The Body Control Pilates method is adapted from the original exercises developed by Joseph Pilates to build strength while increasing flexibility. It breaks down these exercises in a way that allows beginners and those with limited movement to gently build up to the more advanced exercises.
